The elegant terracotta amphora is a project that combines the pottery art of Salento with the oil tradition of the Congedi family of over 100 years. The olive oil produced is of the highest quality and innovation -  full-bodied, pleasantly sweet and tasty.
 
The olives used are harvested from the Favolosa, Coratina, Leccino and Frantoio trees to produced this unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
 
The Congedi Mill has invested in an important educational project which highlights the practices of using waste from oil production.
