How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated by weight as follows:

​

Small parcel up to 2kg = £3.49

Medium parcel up to 2kg = £4.49

Up to 10kg = £6.49

Up to 15kg = £9.99

Postage on all clothing is free, although we do not cover return postage.

Delivery is free on all orders over £80 and less than 10kg.

​

We ship with Royal Mail unless a specialist service is required for fresh produce.

We hand deliver for no charge within Wellington if you are unable to collect from the store.

Do you ship overseas?

 

We may be able to ship overseas depending on the product but please contact us before ordering to check and agree the shipping and customs costs.

Why isn't your shop open every day?

​

Our shop is located in a quiet corner with less passing footfall than a high street premises so over the years we have made several tweaks to our opening days and hours in order to find the right balance which will best protect our small business. Our opening hours do therefore fluctuate seasonally and are led by customer demand and shopping habits. We offer an appointment system (with no obligation to buy) outside of our core opening times if you are unable to make those and keep the website as up to date as possible for online browsing, ordering and collecting.
